Site Manager Job in Glasgow | Up to £60,000 Salary

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established construction business with the recruitment of a Site Manager.

Permanent position. This role will be based in Glasgow.

Salary

Up to £60,000, depending on experience + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor programme, labour, materials and site progress.
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain strong health and safety standards across the site.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Resolve site issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and company procedures.
• Support the successful handover and completion of projects.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and project delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicating with clients and project teams.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• SMSTS would be advantageous.
• First Aid and CSCS would be beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
