M&E Service Coordinator Job in Stirling | £32,000 Salary

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established M&E company with the recruitment of a Service Coordinator.

Permanent, full-time position based in Stirling.

Salary

£32,000 + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers and service teams across planned and reactive works.
• Schedule jobs, maintenance visits and call-outs efficiently.
• Liaise with clients and provide regular updates on service activity.
• Manage engineer diaries and allocate workloads.
• Process job sheets, service reports and associated paperwork.
• Raise purchase orders and support materials coordination where required.
• Monitor jobs through to completion and ensure records are kept up to date.
• Support invoicing and general service administration.
• Work closely with engineers, managers and wider operational teams.
• Help ensure service levels and customer expectations are consistently met.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Helpdesk Coordinator, Service Administrator or similar role.
• Experience within M&E, facilities management, building services or engineering would be advantageous.
• Strong organisation and diary-management skills.
• Confident communicating with engineers and clients.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Experience scheduling mobile engineers would be beneficial.
