Sales Manager Job - Manufacturing, London

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established manufacturing business with the recruitment of a Sales Manager.

Permanent, full-time position based in London.

Salary

Fully negotiable, depending on experience + bonus + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales function across the business.
• Manage key customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Generate new business across target manufacturing and industrial markets.
• Develop sales plans, forecasts and pipeline activity.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support major quotations and tenders.
• Work closely with production, operations and senior management to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor sales performance, margins and market activity.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and commercial partners.
• Support wider business growth and market expansion.
• Coach and support sales team members where required.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or senior sales professional.
• Strong background within manufacturing, engineering or an industrial environment.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Confident managing key customer relationships.
• Good understanding of margins, pricing and sales forecasting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work closely with operational and technical teams.
• Full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
