Operations Manager.

Permanent, full-time position based in Aberdeen.

Salary

Fully negotiable, depending on experience + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects.
• Manage Project Managers, Site Managers and wider operational teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard.
• Monitor project performance, programmes, resources and operational KPIs.
• Work closely with commercial teams to maintain strong project margins and cost control.
• Support procurement, subcontractor management and project mobilisation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks and resolve project issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and company procedures.
• Support senior management with business planning, growth and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, Construction Manager or similar.
• Strong background within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and operational teams.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of construction budgets.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Confident managing clients, subcontractors and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving ability.
• Relevant construction qualification would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and project delivery.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
