M&E Project Manager Job in Stirling | £50-55k Salary
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established M&E business with the recruitment of an M&E Project Manager.
Permanent, full-time position based in Stirling.
Salary
£50,000 – £55,000, depending on experience + additional benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical and electrical projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Manage project programmes, budgets and resources.
- Monitor project progress, quality and commercial performance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor packages.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage variations, risks and project documentation.
- Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Support commissioning, handover and project close-out.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an M&E Project Manager, Mechanical Project Manager, Electrical Project Manager or similar.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Confident managing subcontractors, programmes and budgets.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Relevant engineering or building services qualification would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
- Full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
