Permanent, full-time position based in Leeds.

Salary

£50,000 – £60,000, depending on experience + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy.
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing activity across social media, email, content and paid channels.
• Manage brand positioning, messaging and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data to improve results.
• Work closely with sales and senior leadership to support business growth.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners.
• Oversee website content, SEO and lead generation activity.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment.
• Support events, partnerships and wider business development activity.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
• Strong experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, content and lead generation.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to link marketing activity to business growth.
• Confident managing budgets, agencies and external suppliers.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project-management ability.
• Experience working closely with sales teams would be advantageous.
