Construction Project Manager

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established construction business with the recruitment of a Construction Project Manager.

Permanent, full-time position based in Edinburgh.

Salary

Fully negotiable, depending on experience + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and delivery schedules.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Liaise with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor performance and project documentation.
• Work closely with commercial teams to monitor costs and project performance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
• Support project handover and final completion.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction.
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Confident dealing with clients, consultants and senior stakeholders.
• Relevant construction qualification would be advantageous.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid would be beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
