Bid Manager Job in Glasgow - Up to £60,000

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established business with the recruitment of a Bid Manager.

Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow.

Salary

Up to £60,000, depending on experience + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid and tender process from initial opportunity through to submission.
• Coordinate input from commercial, operational and technical teams.
• Prepare high-quality written proposals, tender responses and supporting documentation.
• Review tender requirements and ensure all submissions are accurate and compliant.
• Develop bid plans, timelines and submission strategies.
• Work closely with senior management to strengthen win strategies.
• Maintain bid libraries, case studies and supporting content.
• Track opportunities and manage tender deadlines.
• Support presentations, interviews and post-tender clarification where required.
• Review previous submissions and identify opportunities to improve future bids.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Bid Manager, Bid Writer or Tender Manager.
• Strong experience managing bids and tender submissions.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong organisation and deadline-management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to understand client requirements.
• Experience within construction, engineering or a similar project-led sector would be advantageous.
• Comfortable managing several live bids at the same time.
