FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a growing business with the recruitment of a Senior Sales Executive.

Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow.

Salary

Fully negotiable, depending on experience + uncapped commission / bonus + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to close.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Attend client meetings and present solutions confidently.
• Negotiate commercial terms and secure new business.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue across existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Support wider business development and commercial growth.
• Provide regular pipeline and sales updates to senior management.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Business Development Executive or similar.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning new business.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Confident communicating with clients by telephone and face-to-face.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales.
• Strong relationship-building and account-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline.
• Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
