Sales Executive

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a growing business with the recruitment of a Sales Executive.

Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow.

Salary

£35,000 + bonus + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to close.
• Attend client meetings and present products or services effectively.
• Follow up leads and identify opportunities for additional revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Support wider business development and growth activity.
• Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven ability to build relationships and win new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident working to targets.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
